Tiny Inks ([LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trade license no. [TRADE LICENSE NO.]) is a stationery studio based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, located at [ADDRESS]. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tinyinks.ae and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address — the details needed to deliver your order and send you updates about it.

When you join the ink list (newsletter): your email address.

When you contact us: whatever you choose to share in your message, plus your contact details.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, answer your messages, and — only if you opted in — send you news about drops and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time with one click.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with the services that make the shop run: Shopify (orders and payments), our delivery couriers (name, address, phone), and our email provider (newsletter). Each is bound by its own privacy obligations.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to remember your cart and language preference. In live-store mode, Shopify sets cookies needed for checkout to work.

Printing service (file uploads)

When you use our print service you upload documents (PDF, Word, JPG or PNG) so that we can print them. The files are stored privately on our storage provider (Vercel Blob) and are only reachable through expiring signed links — never by public URL.

Only Tiny Inks staff preparing your order can open your files, through the password-protected staff app. We do not read, share or reuse your documents for anything other than printing your order.

Uploaded files are deleted automatically 7 days after upload (or sooner on request). Signed links expire after 24 hours. The order itself — your name, phone number, the print options and the file names — stays in our Shopify order history like any other purchase.

Please do not upload documents you are not allowed to print, and remove passwords from PDFs before uploading: password-protected or corrupt files are rejected at upload.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days.
