Our promise

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply not what you hoped for, we will make it right. Paper goods are personal — we want yours to feel exactly right.

Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Notebooks that have been written in, and opened pen sets, cannot be returned unless faulty.

Limited drops

Tiny Drops items are made in small numbered batches. They can be returned for a refund like any other item, but exchanges may not be possible once a drop has sold out.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email [EMAIL] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange collection from your address in Abu Dhabi, or guide you to the nearest drop-off option in other Emirates.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item reaching our studio.

Damaged or wrong items

If we got it wrong or the courier was rough with your parcel, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
