Products & availability

Our products are made in small batches; colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen — that is part of their charm, but if a difference bothers you, our returns policy has you covered.

Tiny Drops collections are limited and numbered. When a drop sells out or its countdown ends, it will not be restocked.

Prices & payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners.

If a pricing error slips through, we will contact you before charging or shipping anything.

Delivery, returns & cancellations

Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy; returns and exchanges in our Returns policy. You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photography, text, and the Tiny Inks name and logo are our property. Please do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability & governing law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
